It takes dedication, patience and compassion for Project HEAVEN to run as successfully as it does. Every one of the people below are contributing to our mission.

We have a strong network of committed field teams that put in countless hours to accomplish our goal. Our field teams operate from bases in Nadi and Suva, allowing us to reach even the most remote areas. Our teams travel extensively, conducting screenings in schools, and feeder communities. Each team is composed of experienced:

Ear and Eye Screening Technicians or Officers, who are trained to conduct comprehensive hearing and vision screenings, to detect ear and eye abnormalities and;

Community Outreach Officers who build strong relationships with local communities, raising awareness about the importance of ear and eye health care, and identifying children and adults who may be at risk of undiagnosed conditions

They are led by experienced Team Leaders who ensure that every child receives the highest quality care and support. All of our team are supported by a dedicated Management Team based in Suva.
